Shipping Rates and Times:
- We offer standard shipping across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 5-7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Areas:
- We currently ship to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at proshopbirdies@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
